STORAGE TIPS

Storage facilities which are not climate controlled are non-insulated, metal buildings. Temperatures and humidity will fluctuate, and it is possible for mice to find a way in if there is a food source.

To provide the best protection for your belongings: (No warranty expressed or implied)

• Secure your items in plastic totes or bags rather than cardboard or paper
• Wrap furniture in blankets, avoid wrapping in plastic as it can hold moisture
• Elevate furniture a couple of inches or place plastic wrap on the floor underneath
• Do not store food items in your unit
• Open and inspect your unit regularly
• Use a moisture absorber and empty or replace regularly
• Purchase insurance to protect your belongings*

MOVE OUT

Sullivan Secure Storage does not pro-rate rent at move out

• Remove all personal belongings and items to be discarded from the premises
• Broom sweep the unit
• Return key to the office at 101 E. Springfield (mail slot available after hours)
• Unit will be inspected within several days and security deposit refunded
